~YOUNG CHAMPIONS~
Small group training for young men ages 13-18.

Class focuses on fundamental compound lifts & developing a strong foundational knowledge around them.
​
This knowledge can be used to stay in shape the rest of their lives & will prove invaluable by providing them the tools they need to succeed in & out of the gym.
